I'd love to see a non-ridiculous command line toolkit (which could
later be extended to be GUI) for FreeBSD wireless.

I suggest canvasing the freebsd forums and speak to whoever pipes up
with some ideas. That crowd is very likely the right target for this
kind of work. :)
