bge problems in RELENG_9, bge0: watchdog timeout -- resetting

I tried these bge source files in 9.1-PRERELEASE this week, and it does
not help. If I try to log in with SSH I get:

I tried setting hw.bge.allow_asf to 0, but it did not help.
