ipfw: install_state: entry already present, done

Hi,

I've just updated my 7-STABLE box to 7.1-PRERELEASE, and I'm seeing a
quite a few ipfw kernel messages:

    ipfw: install_state: entry already present, done

What is this mean? Has some regression occurred with ipfw?
