Unusually large directory - 2.0 peta bytes (SOLVED)

The initial fsck didn't clear it but using fsdb to remove the entry from
the parent directory, an fsck -y /usr in singleuser cleard the problem.
Thanks to Joseph Koshy for directing me to fsdb.
