You did not remove WITNESS in all your configs.
I see this message: 
"WARNING: WITNESS option enabled, expect reduced performance."
in the dmesg output of two of your tests.

Can you just publish the exact kernel config in the results table
that you used, to make it easier to figure out your exact configuration,
instead of guessing?
