5 stable & 6 stable stops with error

Intel P III 933, 1/2 gig ram, plain old P3 box
Ok, installed 5.5 release.
setup X & gnome
cvsuped the  5 stable branch
Ran 
make buildworld && make buildkernel && make installkernel && reboot
ran mergemaster -p in the /usr/src/ dir
then after i run make installworld I get the below error
same thing if i do it all on 6 stable also.

Can some one help me get past this please ?
