recent 6BETA5 crash with ifconfig nge0

After upgrade from 6BETA4 to 6BETA5 i got this every time i use ifconfig nge0 up
Also i suppose this somehow connected with ifconfig becasue i've got same panic with old kernel,
but new ifconfig.
