Apache compile prob in portupgrade

I had similar problems.

In the end, I did make clean, and did portupgrade -Rr apache and it
automagically fixed itself.  

(Originally I just did portupgrade apache, as portversion showed
everything else to be up to date, and was getting the same error you are
showing here.)
