FreeBSD 5-STABLE, MSI KT880 , fxp and SCB timeouts

Autodetection on ethernet detects both speed and duplex, and
full-duplex and half-duplex are either/or, so if you force a speed and
don't force full-duplex, you get half-duplex by default.
