Problems with 4.10 and mysql

Very sure. This is a test machine and the database is idle aside from the
periodic script which runs very five minutes.

I have had a number of private emails from people who have been
seeing this behaviout since 4.9-RELEASE  , so I am not the only
one. But nobody seems to knwow hat causes it.
