php5.0.3_1 doesn't run after update

you need to update the base (php5) /before/ you update any of the
extensions (php5-*), since all you're doing is building them against
the old version right before you replace it.
I always find it easiest to just do it all at once with something like
"portupgrade php5\*", and let it handle the ordering.
