rl(4) is broken in STABLE

It seems mx1.freebsd.org has troubles. I still did not get responce
to my PR. Here is my yesterday mail log of that PR (time is GMT+7):

Ok, in short: card is detected right, link status is right, no traffic,
lots of 'watchdog timeout' in logs.
