make search key= quite useless these days

I don't know what you mean with the word "buggared" but whatever it
is, this system is one of a lot of FreeBSD mashines showing the same
result after having done cvsup of the ports tree.

It started a few weeks ago, when the pkg-message file disappeared
from the ports directories. Any connection?
