5.4-RCx "jumping to kernel entry" hang on Ultra1/2/30

I'm having a hard time trying this. My sparc doesn't like the bootonly  
CDROM I wrote. I copied it over to a tftpboot, but after loading some  
files, it hangs with a  Fast Data Access MMU Miss. Is what I'm trying  
supposed to work? Is there another way of netbooting?
