This doesn't make sense. The MANIFEST exists on the build machine, and
should have been copied as result of the distribution to the mirrors.
I don't understand how it did not make it to the mirrors.
So I know, how did you discover this?
I *do* see the MANIFEST for amd64, so something very bizarre happened
here.
