I am getting a really bad crashing issue on a few of my servers after they
have been running great for almost 1 year now. The main error is "kernel
trap 12 with interrupts disabled" but here is a screen dump from the crash.
--------------------------------------------------
kernel trap 12 with interrupts disabled
Fatal trap 12: page fault while in kernel mode
cpuid = 6; apic id = 06
fault virtual address = 0x104
fault code = supervisor read, page not present
instruction pointer = 0x20:0xc066c731
stack pointer = 0x28:0xe82ddc90
frame pointer = 0x28:0x82ddc9c
code segment = base 0x0, limit 0xfffffff, type 0x1b
= DPL 0, pres 1, def32 1, type 0x1b
processor eflags = resume, IOPL = 0
current process = 5 (thread taskq)
trap number = 12
cpuid = 6
Uptime = 10d15h47m26s
Cannot dump. No dump device defined.
Automatic reboot in 15 seconds - press a key on the console to abort
Rebooting...
cpu_reset: Stopping other CPUs
---------------------------------------------------------
The server hangs from there and has to be hard reset with power button.
