Compaq ProLiant DL380 odd problem

Roar,

Can you send me the output of dmesg with a non-SMP kernel (when the NICs
work)?

Also, have you tried moving the PCI adapter to another slot?

Looks like the interrupts may not be programmed properly when in SMP
mode.
