It hasn't hit 4.8 yet.

You can try the following if you're in desperate need of the fix:
----
fetch http://www.openssh.com/txt/buffer.adv
cd /usr/src/crypto/openssh
patch < buffer.adv

*then* follow the previous instructions for rebuilding ssh...
