sesutil not seeing disk in first bay

Yes - this patch is on my system.
To phrase it differently - the shelf contains 25 drives. Disks da0
through da23 show up via sesutil:
# sesutil map -u /dev/ses0 | grep da
Device Names: da0,pass0
