iSCSI initiator: iscontrol cannot be stopped or killed

It's not just iscsictl and iscsid you need; the main part of the
initiator lives in the kernel. And to build it, you need to put
it in the right places in the FreeBSD source tree.
Anyhow: they are at usr.bin/iscsictl/ and usr.sbin/iscsid/, relative
to the source tree root. Latest and greatest is always in 11-CURRENT.
