bad disk discovery

Yes, I after moving the disk also problem is there.

But same error for Inquiry command can't be a reason for a bad disk.
I tried couple of other commands also and for all of them it says *Logical
unit not ready . *
So error *Logical unit not ready  *can be a bad disk symbol? or if not then
what does this error actually tell?
