[Announce] sg3_utils-1.40 available plus other betas

sg3_utils is a package of command line utilities for sending
SCSI and some ATA commands to devices. Although written for
Linux, almost all utilities are ported to FreeBSD. There are
also ports to Solaris, Windows (cygwin and MinGW) and Tru64.

In version 1.40 there are three new utilities and major
additions to several others, see the ChangeLog below.
