Ivan, I need some more information

1. What FreeBSD version and what qlogic hardware and are you loading
the appropriate ispfw module for that card?

2. What is the connection topology? Clearly there's a switch involved.
What switch vendor?

3. You mentioned an HP MSA 2000. How many other initiators are there
on the fabric? Just the one I see coming and going?

4. You say "spontaneous reboots". Some detail about this would be good.
