I installed a new kernel with thmodified mfi_pci.c. Dmesg reports the device
mfi0: <IBM ServeRAID M1015> port 0xe000-0xe0ff mem
0xfe460000-0xfe463fff,0xfe400000-0xfe43ffff irq 16 at device 0.0 on
pci1
mfi0: Megaraid SAS driver Ver 3.00
mfi0: Frame 0xffffff80002b0000 timed out command 0xCB6B4040
mfi0: failed to send init command
device_attach: mfi0 attach returned 60
but it fails to init.
