I suspect this is a configuration issue for the MD3200- Dunno what the
box is in actuality, but this looks suspiciously like the LSI vendor
unique error codes for trying to access a disk when that port isn't
enabled for the host you're accessing it from. Note that FreeBSD is not
LSI (or other vendor) multipath aware such that specific commands are
needed for either setting up autotresspass or changing host ownership
for multiported disk boxes.
