[amr] LSI Megaraid 320-2X U320 only reports U160

The reported negotiation numbers are completely fake. The driver has no clue on the negotiated speed, and no easy means to figure it out. Use a tool like megarc to find out these stats properly. Also, unless you have a specific need to use the amr_cam driver, I'd avoid it, it's just asking for problems related to accidental misuse.
