Intel Integrated RAID iir not working under 7.2

Hi,
After turning debuging on, it seems that the iir driver
is loosing an interrupt while probing:

panic: run_interrupt_driven_config_hooks: waited too long

btw, older (7.0/7.1) still works.
any ideas?
