sure, took it from the sample from the sysbech documentation:

To generate some files:
$ sysbench --num-threads=16 --test=fileio --file-total-size=3G
- --file-test-mode=rndrw prepare

Once this is done to run the test:
$ sysbench --num-threads=16 --test=fileio --file-total-size=3G
- --file-test-mode=rndrw run

And cleanup would be:
$ sysbench --num-threads=16 --test=fileio --file-total-size=3G
- --file-test-mode=rndrw cleanup
