Hi,

Sorry I missed the original posting on the scsi list.  I'm curious what
ASC/ASCQ codes are being returned by the device.  This patch is good
enough for now, please go ahead and commit it, but I'd like to see what
the actual errors are so we can see if there's a more elegant way to
handle it.
