Boot hangs on ips0: resetting adapter, this may take up to 5 minutes

i386 works in all combinations: GENERIC, SMP, SMP+HTT. System boots and 
seems to work fine.

amd64 doesn't. Both GENRIC and SMP kernels hang at boot, just a little bit 
earlier, compared to nonpatched version. Last messages from kernel:

procfs registered
linprocfs registered
lapic: Divisor 2, Frequency 100003851 hz

Timecounters tick every 1.000 msec
