IDAD0 rebuilding (was: Re: camcontrol and IDAD0)

Correction to a previous e-mail, about testing RAID 0+1 with idad driver.
I had to change the disk set while testing ciss driver, so I repeated 
the same test on idad driver.

Both of them work nicely, without any problem.
