iSCSI/CAM

Im doing some of the CAM stuff (mainly tag opening) from userland, and
runing into sync. problem.

the rescan command is basically async. and it's done by the driver, my
iscontrol program, after starting the iSCSI, will, if so configured,
do a tag opening request, but unless the rescan finished, it will fail.

so, Q: how can i know that the rescan finished?
