Adaptec AIC-7902W can not use U320 mode.

I have a AMD64 server :
Thunder K8S Pro (S2882)
Opteron 246 x2
1G x4 RAM
Seagate ST3146707LW x2
FreeBSD/amd64 5.3 stable
Mobo BIOS: 2.04
Adaptec BIOS: 4.30
NO ANY RAID CARD used.
At first, I use the SCSI U320 mode, FreeBSD complained about "DUMP
CARD STATE" at booting & disk io sometimes.
And it is working fine when I set SCSI to U160 mode (Step down the
"Sync Transfer Rate" from 320M/s to 160M/s).
Is here some problem with the SCSI cable or terminator ?
Any suggestion ?
Thanks very much.
