Hitachi vs Seagate: Opinions wanted

Of the two, I prefer the Seagates, if not for the absolutely hassle free way
to get firmware updates. You just call and ask. Hitachi on the other hand,
you have to get the serial number and firmware rev of every drive in the
target system before they'll even speak to you!
