Ultra 160 - what HA works well with 4.9 and 5-CURRENT?

I have an Adaptec 29160B in a Dell 1U server appliance I picked up
used that seems to work very reliably.  And it's pretty quick, compared
to the Ultra2 stuff I'm used to using.

I have no experience with the other controllers you mentioned
