Ongoing U320 AIC7902 Seagate ST318453LW issues, SCB timed out

As far as I can tell, the drive is "sitting" on the commands,
and the controller is waiting for them to be completed.  So
the fault is in the drive, not the controller, the driver, or
the SCSI layer.
