IBM ServeRAID status

Hello

What's the status for IBM ServeRAID (4Lx/4Mx) drivers in FreeBSD?
We've got almost full rack of IBM machines running Linux and hopefully
we can switch to FreeBSD sometime.
About half year ago Adaptec had driver ready and waiting for "legal
issues" to be cleared. Any information about the status of this driver?
