Issues with SuperMicro SuperServer 6011D System.

Hey guys, I've got a bunch of these:

I currently am trying to get 2 of them working, I've tested them all though.

I have put 4.7 4.8 5.0 and upgraded and im still having issues.

this server is currently have major problems. First I was coming up with.

I am not sure what to do. I have looked at the supermicro page and found
this.

Questions: New system BIOS with  SCSI BIOS 3.10S2 causing LINUX installation
hang at the blue screen  with aic7xx....or SCSI multifunction 
 

Answer : Download this SEEPROM from here and follow the steps to reload SCSI
EEPROM to default if using older SCSI bios and upgrade to SCSI BIOS 3.10S2

After having the guy at the datacenter put it on, it was no use.  Reboots
usually take about 10-20 minutes, usually goes to FSCK, not sure how it
breaks.

He tells me they hang at:
