patch with update to 8.2.0

Hello,

attached a patch to bring this port to version 8.2.0. This version is required
to get the new port www/gitlab running.


poudriere build fine for:
9.3 amd + i386
10.1 amd + i386
10.2 amd + i386
11-current r293820 amd + i386

portlint is also fine.

And i did a runtime test to verify that the port is still loadable and usable!
