# service fcgiwrap restart
Stopping fcgiwrap.
Starting fcgiwrap.
/root/.acme.sh/acme.sh.csh: Permission denied.

This probably means that "service fcgiwrap restart" for some reason reads
/root/.cshrc from where /root/.acme.sh/acme.sh.csh is sourced.

Why should this happen?
