Upgrade to FreeBSD 12.2-RELEASE and OSTYPE environment variable

Apparently, the upgrade did not go as well as I had thought.  Running 
'freebsd-update upgrade' and/or 'freebsd-update fetch install' produced 
some additional results.  On one machine, I uninstalled Bash and 
installed Bash again.
