Need rsync pkg for FreeBSD 10.3

I have only been trying to solve this since last Friday.  And just a few
minutes ago I succeeded in building rsync for 10.3 using poudriere.  And now I
discover that the damn thing was available all along. Not that any search
engine found it.  And certainly there is no navigation aid at freebsd.org to
take one there.

This information will likely be of great use to me in the future.
