I do not agree or disagree with you. Yet, being sysadmin, and having 
everything built around 4 "standardized" systems (FreeBSD + jails - 
servers, CentOS Linux - number crunchers and workstations, Ubuntu Linux 
- laptops, MS Windows, MacOS), I do play or use other systems, and my 
end users get the one they like and I do provide full support of the 
system of their choice for them. I never had to deal with outrageous 
choices - lucky me.
