I would second this as well, I have an intel kabylake system with the HD 
Graphics 630 GPU and use this kldlist line in rc.conf:

kld_list="/boot/modules/i915kms.ko"

this system also boots via UEFI.  if this doesn't work might be helpful 
to post the full dmesg so people on the list can take a look.
