BUG: "uhub_reattach_port: giving up port reset - device vanished"

I am wondering how many others are having a problem with installing
FrfeeBSD 12.x? There is a serious bug,
"https://bugs.freebsd.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=237666" that is
preventing me from installing it. I am just interested in how
widespread this problem is.
