Why does my ports tree not get updated ?

	You need to run portsnap fetch before running portsnap update (or
portsnap extract). The convenient way to use portsnap is portsnap auto
which will fetch and either extract or update as appropriate.

	By the looks of it not 'fetch'ing the updates.
