Upgraded Packages And Ports, Can't Shutdown From Mate Menu Bar

Someone suggested that each "no" in:
/usr/local/share/polkit-1/actions/org.freedesktop.consolekit.policy
be replaced with "yes". Oddly enough, it worked, but when I run:
ck-list-sessions
I still get:
active = FALSE
is-local = TRUE
Go figure.
