Why does poudriere insist on rebuilding the same packages over and over

You probably don't want '-C' either -- this forces poudriere to rebuild
all of the ports named on the command line or in its input file.
Normally you'ld just have a list of ports that you want in your
repository and let poudriere work out whether any of them need to be
rebuilt.
