bugzilla to ports-bugs mail list not working since 3rd Dec

Hi,

Not seeing email from *bugzilla* to ports-bugs mail list since 3rd December. The
mail list itself appears to work fine. Maybe a bugzilla problem? See
https://lists.freebsd.org/pipermail/freebsd-ports-bugs/2019-December/thread.html

Also no official email address for problem reports for freebsd bugzilla itself, at
least nothing from a brief glance at the main page. Surprised at that, really.
Mail to admin@ freebsd.org gets an autoresponder with suggested addresses
that aren't really relevant for this issue.
