Help with ntpd

For some reason, ntpd has stopped correcting the time on my FreeBSD
computer.  After 12 hours, my clock has fallen back 4 hours!  So it is
very serious.

I really know very little about ntpd.

I did try "ntpq -p" and the output is shown below.  It makes me think it
knows that the time is off, but doesn't want to correct it.  But I don't
really know how to read it.

Every so often I correct the time with "ntpdate 0.freebsd.pool.ntp.org",
but the lag starts right away after the update.
